1.     How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $99 ship for FREE*, all day, every day.

*Free shipping offer excludes heavy weight items including but not limited to: Vanities, Toilets, Ceramic Apron Front Sinks, Bathtubs, Steam Showers, and Commercial Sinks.


2.     What is your return policy? wants your shopping experience to be the best it can be, which is why we provide a 30-day Return or Exchange option.



We will accept returns on merchandise that:

  • Is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Is still in original packaging.
  • Was not shipped correctly or mispacked.
  • Has not been installed.
  • Is defective.



We will process an exchange for merchandise that:

  • Is returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Was not shipped correctly or mispacked.
  • Was incorrectly ordered.
  • Has not been installed.
  • Is defective.
  • Is the wrong size, color or material.


Exchanges must be made for products of equal or greater value. All defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same product.


Returns & Exchanges Limitations:

  • Returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase without exception.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges.
  • Special order products and custom made items cannot be returned once shipped. All cancellations on such items must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Damage to a product or packaging during shipping should be reported to within 48 hours of receipt. If not reported in this time frame, it is then the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company to recoup damages.
  • is only able to process exchanges and returns for items purchased through our site.
  • Customers must accept a return or exchange for merchandise. We do not offer store credit.
  • If an item is returned with a claim of defect and is found, in fact, not to have a defect, it is subject to a 20% handling charge.
  • If a customer returns an item outside the 30 day period, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for its return, both ways.
  • All items returned without a RGA number are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All products refused at delivery without cause will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Restocking Fees

All merchandise except for those with defects will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


3. Do you charge sales tax? only charges sales tax on those items shipped within the state of California.


4. Are all items in stock?

At, the majority of the products listed on our site are in stock at all times. In the rare event something is on back order, the customer will be notified within one (1) business day.


5. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it online or by phone. To do so, call 310-781-0692 Mon – Fri 8am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 6pm PST.
